The color is pretty but they sure don't look comfortable leaning back on one of them! No enough slats! I can see a child falling through one to the back.

Sure, they are not comfortable; the port administration install them when the boats arrive;the benches stay maybe half -a-day, and then the port remove them;in fact , they are made to be easy to carry...
