"HENRI CHARPENTIER" is a cafe.
(I have never visit it)
High walls are attached both side of the highway to shut the noise.
No, it was in Monaco(Monte-carlo);The mill is a false one, put here as christmas decoration at the chritmas market.I'll show other pictures of that market on "fragments bleus" in the next days.
Interesting bench slab on top of decorative carved stone/plaster legs. Almost looks like the seat could slide off if it was not so heavy.
