Bancs du Musée Jean Cocteau /Benches at Jean Cocteau Museum




Jean Cocteau was a famous and complete french artist of the XXe century.He wrote poetry, novels and theater, made movies as director and as actor,was a fine painter and drawer, worked on pottery, walls, ..
As he liked to come in south of France, there are many places where He left some pieces of his work. He often decorated churches, town-houses...The drawings you can see under the three arches were made by Jean Cocteau.

The simple stone benches -- both the short and long ones -- look terrific amidst the walls of art and how the stones are set so beautifully in that building.
