I thought I had written a comment here but something must have happened to prevent it from going through.

Nice they ahve a bench there BUT why is it roped off so no one can sit there?

I think people can sit there, but the chain is here only to protect the place from motos and cycles;If you let people do, they put their vehicules anywhere
