Very nice bench. The same one as through the door from yesterday's post, yes?

I like the bust in the foreground too. It must be a small museum as it doesn't seem to busy. Those are the best for taking pictures.

BTW, thanks for the tip about the link to the readers. I am going to check it out.

C.I.B.: It's the same place, but not the same bench. And there are so much museums in Roma, that except the ones in Vatican, lots are empty. There too much to see, and not enough time to discover evrything in this marvellous town..

Beautiful place to sit and ponder. . . but why is the bench roped off? Thanks for explaining more in comments where it was. The mural is beautiful when enlarged and I like the carved wood jutting out from the walls too. I think it is called a ballustad or soemthing like that. Tanks for "taking us along on yoru recent trip once again!."

Perbs: the rope is not around the benches , but around the statues. They are so old , they need protection.
